About Rose
Rose Rai is a graduate student in Counselling Psychology with a background in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, yoga, and breathwork. Her work is shaped by a lifelong interest in understanding people and a strong commitment to making mental health knowledge more accessible.
This platform reflects her learning journey, professional interests, and desire to share psychology in ways that feel easy to understand, genuinely valuable, and lead to positive change in your life.
