Resources for Women.

This section is focused on mental health through the lens of women’s lived experiences, particularly during periods of change and transition.

Resources here may explore topics such as hormonal health, perimenopause and menopause, motherhood and pregnancy, narcissistic abuse (scapegoat daughters), ADHD, emotional regulation, identity shifts, and the mind–body connection. The intention is to offer supportive, educational tools that help make sense of both internal experiences and the broader context of women’s lives.
