Menopause is a major life transition - physically, emotionally, and mentally. Yet so many women are expected to quietly push through it while continuing to care for everyone else.
You don’t have to navigate it alone.
This Spring, we’re hosting Moms in Menopause Group Coaching - a supportive space to talk openly about mental health, hormonal changes, identity shifts, and the mind–body connection during menopause.
✨ 4 weeks, starting Monday, June 7th, 2026 from 5pm-6:30pm
✨ Weekly virtual sessions via Zoom
